Also among the initial bands announced by organizers Danny Wimmer Presents and AEG Presents are Godsmack, A Perfect Circle, Stone Sour, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Stone Temple Pilots, Machine Gun Kelly, The Used, Bullet For My Valentine, Black Veil Brides and a ton more.

Rock on the Range is an annual three-day rock festival featuring mostly mainstream rock bands, with a classic band usually headlining the show. The festival is held at MAPFRE Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

Rock on the Range started in Columbus, OH on May 19, 2007 at the Columbus Crew Stadium. The original festival was a one-day event however in 2014 due to high demand the festival moved to three days. Over 40,000 fans attend the festival on a daily basis.

It was founded by and is co-produced by Danny Wimmer.
