The world’s largest hip-hop festival, Rolling Loud, is making a major shift in 2026: ditching its longtime Miami home for Orlando, Florida, as its sole U.S. edition. Announced on January 7, 2026, the event will take place May 8-10 at the 60,000-capacity Camping World Stadium, marking a return to summer dates and a consolidated flagship experience.

Founded in Miami in 2015 by co-founders Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif, Rolling Loud has grown from a one-day warehouse event into a global phenomenon, previously hosting multiple U.S. stops in cities like Miami, Los Angeles, and New York. This year, organizers are focusing on one definitive U.S. show to “build the ultimate flagship experience.”
Why Rolling Loud is Leaving Miami for Orlando
Co-founder Matt Zingler explained the move: “We wanted to bring Rolling Loud back to the summer and build it without compromise. With Orlando, we’re able to be more accessible for fans, expand our footprint, and think long-term. Rolling Loud has always been about meeting the culture where it’s going, not where it’s been.”
The shift allows for greater accessibility, a larger venue footprint, and alignment with Orlando’s tourism infrastructure – including potential theme park tie-ins. While bittersweet for Miami fans, who see the festival as part of South Florida’s cultural fabric, the change signals evolution for the brand.
